Our new kama´aina company IL Gelato Hawaii is an Italian style gelateria handcrafting healthy, natural and very delicious authentic Italian gelato and non-fat sorbettos.
Using our own authentic recipes, original Italian gelato equipment and traditional Italian processes, our artisan gelato is produced in a certified and environmentally friendly gelato “laboratorio”.
We are only using the very best and freshest ingredients and do not use any preservatives, artificial colors or flavoring. Our focus is on excellent quality and outstanding taste. We use locally grown fruits from local farmers wherever possible. We have over 95 flavors to choose from; for example:
